Cafenor is a specialty coffee mill in northern Santa Ana, El Salvador, run by the Valiente family, whose coffee heritage dates back to 1890. Partnering with 65 smallholder farmers, Cafenor provides market access, training, and post-harvest support to ensure high-quality coffee production.
Committed to sustainability, the mill runs on solar energy, conserves water, and is certified carbon-neutral through its investment in geothermal energy.
